Using the connection
Veltrio VPN provides Android VPN connectivity through VpnService. Android requires your authorization before the connection is enabled. You may disconnect, revoke VPN authorization in Android settings, or stop using the app whenever you choose.
Conduct that is permitted
Use the service in accordance with applicable law and respect others' rights. Fraud, harassment, malware distribution, unauthorized access, and deliberate disruption of networks are prohibited. You are responsible for your activity and for observing the terms of external services you access.
Availability in practice
Connection performance may change with network conditions, device compatibility, maintenance, or infrastructure availability. Uninterrupted operation and access to particular websites or content are not guaranteed.
Handling misuse
Access may be limited when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, protect users or infrastructure, or comply with law. Measures will be proportionate. Where practical and legally permitted, notice and an opportunity to address the issue will be provided.

Responsibility and protected rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or consequential losses connected with service use is excluded. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or restrict mandatory consumer rights and remedies.
